single-stage and progressive dies for a wide range of products.
We also perform die repairs, routine maintenance, and
design changes to existing dies.

Custom Machinery
The newest phase of the Davis tradition. Custom machinery designed and built to the customer’s specifications.
Three machines have been designed and built by Davis Tool & Die to pierce, form, cope, and debur steel tubing for use in a robot welding cell. They are fully automated and produce 700+ parts per hour.

We are equipped with two degreed mechanical engineers, over 30 years of design experience, and modern CAD/CAM software.
